Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
