Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives
