Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, spatial computing) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze global tech trends to inform patent strategy and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubation framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization initiatives
