- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AI governance, and sustainable tech trends
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile methodologies in strategic contexts
