Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026+ market vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and impact assessments to executive leadership
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible tech deployment
- Mentor R&D teams on future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate technical vision to business strategy
