Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify strategic opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and strategic impact
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
