Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead $1.5M+ R&D project portfolios with agile methodologies
- Present strategic visions to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Hubs
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing venture capital for experimental projects
- Strong proficiency in Python and data visualization tools
