Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
