Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) with competitive analysis
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical strategy with product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and innovation methodologies
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem collaborations for emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong background in agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Proficiency with strategic planning tools (e.g., Aha!, Lucidchart, Miro)
