Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for integration into core products
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext as a thought leader
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Experience scaling technology in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
