Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with commercial viability
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Anticipate ethical and regulatory implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological systems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or technology impact assessments
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
