Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) for competitive advantage
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor technology leaders on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (3+ successful cases)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strategic consulting or corporate innovation background required
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
