Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage technology innovation portfolio with $25M+ R&D budget allocation
- Foster strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating into commercial success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across multinational organizations
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in strategic management or technology foresight preferred
