Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify 2026 integration opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen technologies through pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and track innovation portfolio performance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business with focus on innovation strategy
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or enterprise architecture
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
