Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth environments
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
