Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead ideation sessions for breakthrough technologies in quantum/AI/AR domains
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on future technology implications
- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or innovation projects
