Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
