Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech with documented impact on industry transformation
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Experience advising C-suite executives on 10-year tech horizon planning
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of deployed solutions affecting >1M users
