- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in our Silicon Valley labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive board with data-driven risk assessments
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and agile transformation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, bioinformatics, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Future Tech Standards, Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
