Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives

- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members for decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential acquisition/partnerships
- Drive pilot programs for next-gen solutions with measurable KPIs
- Monitor global tech ecosystem and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering; Master's or MBA preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (startup/FAANG)
