- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD or MBA preferred
