- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs for technology incubation
- Create technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks for sustainable growth
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
