- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, bio-AI, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation teams across global operations
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
