Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech integration, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and create competitive intelligence frameworks
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement of futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with data-driven roadmaps
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020-2025 innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, and climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on technological forecasting
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology mastery
