Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with focus on AI integration, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior innovators and build future tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
