Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D divisions
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $50M+ budget allocation
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and biometric integration
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals across global markets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting tools
- Clearances for working with sensitive government/private sector tech projects
