Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research institutes and academic innovation hubs
- Conduct horizon-scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present technology strategy to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive sustainable innovation frameworks aligning tech advancement with ESG 2030 goals
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps with 2020+ implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
