Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in futures methodology (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Sustainable Tech Governance (ISO 20400)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
