Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech) for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with portfolio of launched innovations
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
