- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects to commercial viability
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology
- Certified in Technology Foresight (WFS/TFI) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, FCC, international tech policy)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
