Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging tech impacts (Web4, Neural Interfaces, etc.)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and future scenario planning
- Present technology strategy to board members and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership (Fortune 500 scale preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR convergence
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Deep understanding of Web4 infrastructure and decentralized systems
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
