- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or blockchain
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to enterprise level
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with agile development and DevOps methodologies
- MSc in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF)
