As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainability pioneers to build technologies that solve humanity's most pressing challenges. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives spanning blockchain, biotech, and climate tech while ensuring ethical alignment and commercial viability.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum internet and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in consultation with global ethics boards
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget allocation across R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports for industry publications and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing commercialization strategies for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation bodies
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
