Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
