Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Create scenario-based models for technology adoption and market disruption by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation initiatives and monitor progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
