Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate, health, and accessibility challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and governments to shape technology policy standards
- Develop exponential growth models for emerging technologies, identifying $1B+ market opportunities
- Present technology foresight frameworks to C-suite and board, driving $500M+ investment decisions
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our '2026 Visionaries' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with demonstrable research commercialization success
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, technology roadmapping)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and quantum computing frameworks
