Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI/automation implementation across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage innovation lab budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
