- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members
- Manage global innovation teams across 3 continents
- Secure $10M+ in government grants and venture partnerships
- Author whitepapers on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of 2030 tech forecasting models
- Proven track record of launching successful R&D initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
