- Lead high-stakes innovation projects with $5M+ budgets and 50+ cross-functional stakeholders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Build partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
