Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Identify emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching at least one industry-defining technology product
- Expertise in AI ethics, blockchain consensus algorithms, and decentralized systems
- Published author in IEEE journals or equivalent on future technology paradigms
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracting projects
