Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, bioinformatics) and develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating frontier technologies into core business operations
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital circles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in technology management (CTM) or equivalent strategic foresight training
