Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Drive innovation through prototyping, pilot programs, and strategic partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech implementation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure and manage R&D budgets for 2026 technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget allocation and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and public speaking
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
