Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning IoT, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen digital infrastructure and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technology teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
