Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic partnerships, VCs, and startups for technology scouting
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and stakeholder workshops
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026's regulatory landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with proven impact on product roadmaps
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology investments or managing innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks like Gartner Hype Cycle and Porter's Five Forces
- Track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
