- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate strategic vision into actionable tech plans
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for emerging tech incubation projects
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum labs and AI research centers
- Present tech strategies to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic innovation
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in technical and executive communication frameworks
