Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, advanced robotics, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Lead innovation initiatives from ideation to pilot deployment in partnership with R&D teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology adoption and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning, market research, and competitive analysis
- Strong executive communication skills with history of influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
