- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and assess their viability for integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into actionable development sprints.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term innovation projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present data-driven recommendations for future investments.
- Monitor regulatory changes and global tech shifts to mitigate risk and seize opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year projects with a focus on futuristic trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
