- Innovation Labs: Spearhead the development of pilot programs and proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic technologies to be implemented in the 2026 cycle.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the potential risks and ethical implications of adopting new technologies, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards.

Qualifications
