Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive tech
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen innovations
- Architect ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping blockchain-based supply chain solutions
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on ESG metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography
- Deep understanding of decentralized tech (Web3, DeFi, NFTs)
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFMP) or emerging tech governance
- Published research on technology ethics or climate-positive tech solutions
- Experience securing $50M+ technology transformation budgets
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
