- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven prioritization
- Partner with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in technology lifecycle management from lab to market
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, S-curves)
